Description and Requirements
主要职责：
制定并执行间接采购策略，涵盖市场营销、制造和劳动力支出。
与内部利益相关者合作，分析市场趋势，评估供应商能力。
选择和评估供应商，确保采购活动的竞争力。
建立和维护合同，保障交付成果，规避风险。
通过绩效指标管理供应商表现，确保业务控制措施到位。
关键业务指标：
优化联想与供应商的支出，实现采购增值。
提升内部客户满意度，通过供应商选择和参与。
确保采购、合同、支出和供应商管理的业务控制。
资格要求：
3-5年间接采购经验，IT或硬件等相关行业经验优先
统招本科以上学历。
英语流利，可以作为工作语言，具备基础或高级日语技能者优先。
具有分析能力、问题解决能力、谈判能力、行业知识、团队合作、独立性和项目管理能力。
