Global Supply Data Summer Intern

Join us as a Global Supply Data Summer Intern on our Global Supply Management(GSM) team in Shanghai to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

What you’ll achieve

Identify automation opportunities in procurement business and processes as an intern, you will be responsible for revisit GSM business process and playbook, process procurement data, define automation opportunities to eliminate team’s manual efforts for business insight and roll up

You will:

• Responsible for understanding business process and identifying potential automation opportunities to drive business impact

• Responsible for developing business requirement documents and alignment with business leaders to streamline the process

• Collect and analyst ODM and suppliers’ supply and cost data, validate and summarize supply and cost data

• Manage automation efforts end to end to ensure solutions are delivered on time

• Develop and maintain automation solution with VBA, Power BI or Python etc

Essential Requirements

• Have excellent influencing skill to cooperate with internal and external stakeholders, solid analytical skills to resolve issues and adjust to the dynamic requirements of our customer

• Ability to manage various project element simultaneously including project timeline, workplan and resources to ensure project delivery

• A high level of proficiency is required in spreadsheet and database analysis tools, specifically MS Access, Excel & PowerPoint

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin

• Experience with Excel VBA, Python, Power BI, and website UI design a plus
