Global Service Parts Supply Data Summer Intern

Join us as a Global Service Parts Supply Data Summer Intern on our Service Parts Global Supply Management (GSM) team in Shanghai to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

What you’ll achieve

Data skill improvement, understand how the efficient data analysis is important to the business strategy making. Understand the Supply Chain operation and have a sense of business model of the Demand-Supply management, as well as the Supplier Management. Earn an excellent working experience in the Worldwide top IT company.

You will:

• Reconcile the Forecast and PO quantity, identify the gap which may result in the supply shortage or material excess.

• Build a reconciliation tool through automation.

• Review the Open Market Purchase record vs. Suppliers’ shipment history, identify the reason of the purchase from Open Market (the On Time Delivery failure from the Suppliers). Also, build a reconciliation tool through automation.

Essential Requirements

• Data skill, proficiently use of Excel. Power BI is a plus.

• Mater students major in Computer Science, Software or Business related.

• Fluent in English (written and verbal).

• Quick learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Team player with strong communication skill in cross-functional team.

Desirable Requirements

• Got strong passion to develop in supply chain and IT industry
