Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional lab instruments services, including installation, basic training, preventative maintenance, repair, and compliance services.

• Collaborate closely with other departments to improve the overall customer experience and ensure seamless integration of services.

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers in your assigned territory.

• Assist service sales to win more service orders and contribute to our ambitious growth targets.

• Actively contribute to PPI projects to identify effective strategies for improving work quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Bio Engineer, Machinery, Electronics, Chemistry, or Pharmacy.

• Minimum of 3 years' confirmed experience in field service.

• Excellent communication skills, both internally and with customers.

• Strong team spirit and ability to work under pressure.

• Willingness and ability to travel extensively.

• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
