Duties and Responsibilities:

Summer

• Management of external landscaping spaces

• Weeding, removal of invasive species, mowing, irrigation, fertilising

• Management of Alpine Garden

• Removal of dried plants

• Management of compost machine, and distribution of compost to external spaces

• Harvesting & Drying of aromatic herbs

• Involvement in certain guest-related activities linked to Gardening/Beehives/Floral Workshops etc

• supporting engineering team on a daily basis

Winter

• Snow shovelling to ensure spaces can be accessed by guests & hosts

• Salting of public spacey to ensure safety & security

• All auxiliary tasks related to exterior areas

• supporting engineering team on a daily basis
