This Data Science group is embedded within the larger HF Research team, and will partner closely with the qualitative researchers, enabling an integrated viewpoint of both scale and in-depth understanding of customer behaviors. The outcomes from both qualitative and quantitative research will be used to inform product strategy and design, and validate the quality, safety, and usefulness of our products. In short, we are starting a mini revolution of being data and customer obsessed and looking for someone who is excited to join us!
