Job Requirements

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Provides project administrative assistance to Project Managers, Project Management Leads, Programme Managers and project teams;

  • Manages the delivery of the project according to the PMI knowledge areas and in line with the Primer/iPrimer methodologies;

  • Ensures that the project delivers the as-sold solution, while achieving quality criteria and maintaining client satisfaction;

  • Liaises with internal / external clients and ensure client satisfaction;

  • Assists any other project coordination requirement.

  • Fundamental understanding of business and project processes, structure and control requirements;

  • Confident and resilient individuals who are organised and outcomes-focussed;

  • Ability to provide project support with limited guidance for multiple projects;

  • Requires judgment in resolving issues in specific situations or in making recommendations to resolve varied but similar problems;

  • Knowledge of SAP and Workfront preferred but not required.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

  • High school diploma;

  • Relevant project management qualification or certification.

Required Experience :

  • Demonstrated project administration experience preferably within a technology services environment;

  • Demonstrated client engagement experience preferable;

  • Experience with financial management including invoicing, reconciliation, and issue management preferable.
