About the Company

Owned by multinational developer, Far East Consortium, The Ritz-Carlton, Perth is a prominent anchor point within Perth’s Elizabeth Quay development. About the Role


  • Ensure staff is working together as a team to ensure optimum service to guests.

  • Coordinate tasks and work with other departments to ensure that the restaurant runs efficiently.

  • Assist management to ensure that the team has the necessary resources to effectively perform their jobs.

  • Assist the team with general responsibilities during service.

  • Assign and ensure work tasks are completed on time and that they meet appropriate quality standards.

Skills & Experience

  • Responsible Service of Alcohol from Nationally Accredited Training provider (RSA)

  • COVID Hygiene Certificate (from Australian Hotels Association)

  • Experience working in supervisory role preferable

  • Experience working in a Restaurant (or Food & Beverage outlet) required.

  • Unrestricted working rights for Australia

  • Must have weekend availability (Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday preferred)
