The role:
Galileo Financial Technologies is seeking a dynamic and experienced Cyberbank Product Management, Manager for our Digital Framework to join our team. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of Cyberbank products. This individual will lead a team of product managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and customer needs. The role requires a deep understanding of the banking industry, cybersecurity, and product management principles.
What you’ll do:
Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for Cyberbank products for our Digital Framework.
Align product strategies with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch evaluation.
Oversee the creation and management of digital framework product roadmaps, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Led the ideation, strategy, technical development, and launch of innovative tools, platforms, and products to enable Digital
Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business value, and technical feasibility.
Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer services teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product success.
Engage with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and senior management, to gather insights and feedback.
Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare and present regular reports on product performance, initiatives, and results to senior leadership.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and deployment.
Ensure all products comply with relevant cybersecurity standards and regulations.
What you’ll need:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
3+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of managing complex product portfolios in the banking or financial technology sector.
Experience working on developer-focused SDKs, APIs, and services.
Experience delivering products with new technology introduction.
Knowledge of requirements in the banking industry.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
Advanced English level.
Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
Experience with agile development methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
