Our Midldle East Services Team are looking for a PQ Field Services Engineer , who will provide first class service for the Eaton installed base products and ensure maximum customer satisfaction and loyalty.

What you’ll do:

The primary function of this role is to perform commissioning, service/repairs and periodic maintenance for Eaton Install base. You will be working on PD products like Switchgears, Electrical Panels, LV, MV units, etc.

You will Follow-up customer agreements and customer satisfaction through planning, execution, documentation and invoicing of service tasks. Ensure update of customer information, technical documentation and input to correct invoicing of customers. Support customers in technical questions (phone and/ or mail). Support own colleagues in Service department and sales with technical knowledge. Participate in required training (technical, mandatory by Eaton or by law). Responsilities over the service request realization (timing, effectiveness) and service sales budget realization.

The key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for performing commissioning, service, repair and preventive maintenance on Eaton´s Installed Base/products.

  • Proactively be involved in scheduling/planning of works.

  • Actively support and work in line with service goals and performance KPI´s.

  • Secure timely reporting and technical reports are done in connection to each individual work.

  • Provide optimum service support for customers through phone, personal visits, etc.

  • Develop service-related trainings to field staffs as well as customers

  • Perform service activities according to company policies and safety standards

  • Develop documentations for service-related issues and resolutions.

  • Investigate and troubleshoot product service issues

  • Identify problems and record solutions for reference purposes

  • Educate customer representative about the product usage and maintenance

  • Stay updated on industry standards and technical service knowledge

  • Address customer inquiries in a timely manner

  • Coordinate with various teams to fix product issues

  • Inform management on product service issues as observed through interaction with clients.

Qualifications:

  • Electrical Engineering degree

  • 5+ years experience from the ME market

Skills:

  • Technical Knowledge/experience with Switchgears, Electrical Panels, LV, MV

  • Communication skills
