The InterContinental Hotels Group® at Dubai Festival City consists of four hotels. These include the luxury and lifestyle brand InterContinental, the lavish long-stay InterContinental Residence Suites, the premium Crowne Plaza, and the essentials Holiday Inn & Suites. In addition to over 1,600 rooms, the cluster boasts a selection of 16 restaurants and bars, an impressive 3,800-square-metre Event Centre across two levels, the 5,000-square-metre Festival Arena by InterContinental, the luxurious Spa InterContinental, and state-of-the-art gym and swimming pool facilities. A little taste of your day-to-day:

• Assist with laundry functions, including wash cycles, folding, and storage.

• Manage guest requests in line with brand standards and deadlines.

• Provide laundry, pressing, and sewing services as needed.

• Maintain linen rooms, stock floors with required items, and store soiled or damaged linen correctly.

• Use and store chemicals safely.

• Report maintenance, hazards, and linen loss or damage.

• Operate machines efficiently, maintaining proper temperature, pressure, and cleanliness.

• Ensure garments are in good condition, replacing buttons or zippers as necessary.

• Perform sewing, alterations, and repairs for guests, uniforms, and hotel linens.

• Attend staff training and comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

What we need from you:

• The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

• Respond to guest requests and deliver high levels of service.

• Methodical and well organised.

• Proactive with a meticulous eye for detail.

• Able to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
