Field Marketing Manager, MEAT

Location: UAE

We are searching for a Field Marketing Manager, MEAT to be responsible for all regional marketing activity, including but not limited to: field marketing events, adapt all marketing material in local languages, the lead generation plan, supporting sales and channel partners in the specific region. The Field Marketing Manager, MEAT must develop a marketing strategy aligned with regional sales strategies. Moreover, she/he is responsible for managing agencies and to collaborate with channel partners. The Field Marketing Manager, MEAT reports to the Senior Regional Director - MEAT and is based in UAE.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DELIVERABLES

  • Work closely with the Marketing Teams in EMEA, APAC and Americas to come up with effective region-specific marketing plan that supports the strategy.

  • Manage marketing budget and expenses in the specific region, coordinate with Finance Department on invoices.

  • Plan and manage all aspects of field marketing events to create new sales opportunities.

  • Measure and report performance of marketing activities such as events and lead generation, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) and suggest areas for improvement.

  • Support sales team and channel partners with any marketing needs requested.

  • Increase brand awareness locally/regionally, and MQLs for the region.

  • Support product & solution launches.

  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.

  • Coordinate marketing materials translations for the region.

  • Support various other marketing projects as needed.

  • Successfully prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.

  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

ORGANIZATIONAL ALIGNMENT

  • Degree in marketing or a related field

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in field marketing

  • Proven experience carrying out marketing efforts, including planning, prioritizing, and implementing strategy.

  • Previous experience managing events and lead generation.

  • Strong communication skills – written and oral

  • Fluent in English - other language(s) is a plus

  • Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at a time

  • Creative, innovative, and always think outside the box

  • Ability to travel, some international travel may occur

  • Excellent phone, interpersonal, verbal and written capabilities

  • Organizational skills, a self-starter approach and commitment to improvement

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals

  • Ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal direction

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

  • Strong experience with Microsoft software, desktop publishing (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat), CRM systems (Salesforce.com or related system), and internet technology (.html language)

EDUCATION

  • Marketing or general business degree

  • Minimum 3 years work experience in business-to-business marketing

  • Have fluency in English, Arabic (French, and/or German optional) languages would be a plus

  • Superior communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Strong project management, multitasking, organization and prioritization abilities

  • At least 5 years’ experience in connected gas detection
