Your Day to Day

As Engineering Supervisor, you'll be the go-to guru for keeping everything in perfect working order at Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown. Think of yourself as the behind-the-scenes magician, making sure all our building systems—like HVAC, plumbing, and electrical—are humming along smoothly and safely.

You’ll supervise a gang of skilled technicians, coordinate repairs like a pro, and put preventive maintenance programs into action to keep our hotel in peak condition. From daily inspections to troubleshooting any hiccups that come up, you’ll make sure our guests never miss a beat and our operations run like clockwork.

What we need from you

As our Engineering Supervisor, you’ll be reporting to the Chief Engineer and playing a key role in making sure everything runs smoothly, from the lobby to the rooftop, keeping both our guests and operations happy.

We’re looking for someone with a solid hotel background, who’s as passionate about hospitality as they are maintenance. You should be a true team player with strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Your leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills will shine here, and with at least 3 years of experience in Hotel Engineering Operations, you’re exactly who we need.
