Job Description

Insight Global is currently seeking a Senior Bridge Design Engineer. Job responsibilities include spearheading the design process of new bridge projects, ensuring all designs meet VDOT standards and regulations. They will conduct thorough QA/QC reviews of engineering work and maintain active engagement with clients through meetings and negotiations. The role demands a proactive approach to preparing responses to RFPs, representing the company at public meetings, and driving project objectives to fruition.

Skills and Requirements

Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)

  15 years of bridge design experience

  Experience in the VDOT space

  Proven track record as a lead design engineer with design-build experience

Ability to effectively engage and negotiate with clients null
