Job Title: POD Builder (Base & Shelf)

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as POD Builders. In this role, you will be responsible for the mechanical assembly of PODs (inventory bins) at Amazon sites, enhancing automation capabilities. This position requires physical stamina, as you will be on your feet all day, using hand and power tools, lifting objects, and performing light housekeeping tasks.

Responsibilities

• Mechanically assemble PODs (inventory bins) using hand and power tools.

• Stand and walk throughout the entire workday.

• Lift and move objects regularly, up to 40 lbs.

• Assist with inventory management and light housekeeping tasks.

• Document errors and communicate effectively with team members.

Essential Skills

• Experience with rivet guns, power tools, and hand tools.

• Strong mechanical assembly skills.

• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks.

• Attention to detail and ability to document errors.

• Effective communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience in production or construction environments is beneficial.

• Ability to work in a physically demanding role.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00
