Job Summary:

R3 seeks an Expeditionary Logistics Overhaul (ELO) Coordinator to support EODGRU TWO in the coordination of ELO efforts at EOD Mobile Unit TWELVE.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the EODMUs scheduling of ELO events with EODESU TWO. Routinely liaise with TOA Custodians and EODESU TWO personnel supporting ELO events, as well as attend ELO briefs.

  • Coordinate the receipt of inventory documentation completed by EODESU TWO during ELO events, maintaining copies, and organize that document for retention for company and platoon leadership.

  • Assist companies and platoons with the completion and retention of inventory documentation whenever TOA material is returned to EODESU TWO, lost, damaged beyond repair, or otherwise transferred from the company’s or platoons’ inventory and retain copies of the same.

  • Assist company and platoon leadership with the validation of TOA inventories following ELO events. Obtain and maintain access to RCRP, DPAS or other designated government authoritative database as appropriate, to monitor inventories and report discrepancies.

  • Monitor TOA inventories to ensure the proper inventory accounting of TOA material in-use by assigned companies and platoons, and report statis to TOA Custodians ELO Warehouse Coordinator at least monthly. Monitor physical accounting of TOA inventory during ELO events.

  • Monitor TOA inventory shortfalls across all assigned companies and platoons and report the same to EODMU leadership, TOA Custodians, and ELO personnel at least monthly.

Qualifications:

  • At least two (3) years’ experience in Navy Expeditionary Combat Force logistics management and experience using, or formal training in the WASP Barcode Technologies inventory management software and DPAS.

  • No less than one (1) year of experience with the Naval Facilities System Command TOA Viewer

  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and preferred to have an MHE Operator’s license for MHE used in the ELO Warehouse

  • At least one (1) years’ experience using Microsoft Teams software.
