Perform routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, and driveways. Perform routing maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment to include plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, painting, mechanical, etc. Replace burned out light bulbs. Service heating and cooling units/systems. Requirements: HS Diploma/GED. Able to read, write, speak and understand the English language. Basic mechanical skills required. (OJT)
