Description

We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Vineland, New Jersey. The individual will be part of a customer service team, primarily working onsite. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be involved in various customer service duties including processing customer orders and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, product shipments, and complaints.

• Investigate customer issues and ensure effective and long-term problem resolution.

• Handle order entry and confirmation accurately and efficiently.

• Communicate daily with customers maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy.

• Analyze and process reports for the management team.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as required.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and email correspondence.

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls to and from customers.

• Schedule appointments as necessary.

• Maintain a strong commitment to customer service and data entry accuracy.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year experience in a customer service role

• Proficient in answering inbound calls in a friendly manner

• Experience in a call center customer service environment

• Ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy

• Skilled in email correspondence, with a focus on response time

• Experience handling both inbound and outbound calls

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is required

• Experience with order entry systems

• Ability to schedule appointments effectively

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle customer complaints and queries professionally

• High school diploma or equivalent educational level

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
