The Director for Workforce Development is responsible for all phases of planning, administration, and fiscal operations of programs provided by Vincennes University Workforce Development Services in Region 7. This responsibility extends to those activities funded by the Workforce Investment Opportunity Act (WIOA) and other workforce programs as may be coordinated with the Region 7 Workforce Development Board.
