What You'll Be Doing

• Responsible for shift crew and extraction operations to the plant.

• Manage pit activities, including water control, haul roads, and mining using loaders and hoes.

• Maintain efficient and safe production, ensuring all equipment is maintained in collaboration with the maintenance department.

• Maximize efficiencies and maintain effective relationships with co-workers while ensuring compliance with Heidelberg Materials' safety policies and procedures to achieve zero harm.

• Be aware of environmental concerns and follow reporting procedures.
