Your responsibilities | | | will include: Administrative | | | Support: | | | | | |   | | | | | | - * Manage the reception desk, | | | welcoming visitors and | | | assisting with inquiries. | | | - * Handle incoming calls to | | | the | | | VSB Dean's Office | | | professionally, record | | | messages, and respond | | | promptly via phone or email. | | | - * Coordinate campus | | | deliveries, sort mail, and | | | maintain office supplies. | | | - * Executes daily tasks and | | | projects to enhance | | | organizational efficiency and | | | effectiveness as assigned. | | | - * Assist with data entry, | | | analysis, research, | | | newsletters, and graphic | | | design projects. | | | | | | Event Support: | | | | | | - * Provide event assistance | | | for | | | VSB Community and | | | VIP engagements. | | | - * Prepare event materials | | | and coordinate logistics. | | | - * Attend events as a student | | | ambassador, networking with | | | alumni and external guests. | | | | | | Facility Support: | | | | | | - * Coordinates event setup | | | and breakdown, which involves | | | arranging furniture, setting | | | up food and beverage | | | stations, and placing event | | | materials. | | | - * Operate audio-visual | | | equipment for meetings and | | | events. | | | - * Ensure Bartley Hall tasks | | | are completed efficiently. | +-----------------------------------+-----------------------------------+ | Requirements: | - * Excellent oral and written | | | communication skills in | | | English. | | | - * Ability to handle | | | sensitive information | | | discreetly. | | | - * Work independently with | | | minimal supervision. | | | - * Punctual and extremely | | | reliable. | | | - * A team player and able to | | | work well with others. | | | - * Detail-oriented and | | | diligent to follow-up and | | | complete tasks for assigned | | | projects. | | | - * A positive, pleasant | | | attitude with good | | | problem-solving skills. | | | - * Neat and well-groomed to | | | represent the Dean's Office | | | according to calendar of | | | events. | | | - * Professional attire may be | | | required for | | | VIP tours or | | | VSB events on occasion. | | | - * Assists with additional | | | tasks as assigned. | | | - * Must be able to work 6 | | | hours more per week. | | | - * Willingness to work at
