This individual | | | provides tier-one technical and | | | administrative support to the | | | College of Nursing guests, | | | faculty, staff, and students with | | | resolving and troubleshooting | | | hardware, software, operating | | | system, email and other technical | | | or administrative support issues, | | | in conjunction with other Nursing | | | IT members and University | | | Information Technology ( | | | | | | UNIT). The IT Coordinator also | | | provides | | | technological/administrative | | | support for College of Nursing | | | onsite and virtual events, | | | nursing simulation, and student | | | online proctored exams simulating | | | | | | NCLEX testing. The IT Coordinator | | | creates, runs, and disseminates | | | reports using University data | | | warehouse tools specific to | | | requests and maintains various | | | contact and mailing lists for the | | | College.
