Senior Intelligence Project Manager – TS/SCI
Xcelerate Solutions is a seasoned Intelligence Project Manager (PM). As the PM of a large dynamic Intelligence Analyst contract, you will manage a contract workforce in a a sophisticated multi-agency environment. You will support the oversight and management of the US Government’s Terrorist Watchlist as well as other national security watchlists used in terrorism screening and containing information regarding known or suspected terrorists and individuals associated with terrorism or terrorist activity. You will manage teams of analysts working multiple shifts as they provide bulk as well as targeted intelligence analysis to triage large volumes of intelligence data as well as in depth analysis on individuals and entities. Top Secret with SCI Eligibility (adjudicated T5 background investigation)
Responsibilities :
Establish priorities and plans across the contract
Engage with the client at all levels to understand changing needs and requirements
Work collaboratively with the COR to define and execute all reports and other deliverables and provide a monthly binder to the COR and Budget Office by the 15th calendar day of the next month that includes all Invoicing, Travel, Additional Hours, Unit Reports and Timesheets
Shall work collaboratively with the COR and staff to define and execute all reports and other deliverables
Ensure operational coverage for all critical areas to meet client 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365-day requirements and priorities as identified by client leadership
Provide timely responses to email and phone calls as needed to include after-hours coordination when needed and fill vacancies with fully qualified candidates in a timely and efficient manner
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of fifteen (15) years of relevant program management and leadership experience to include:
FBI and Intelligence analysis experience
Experience managing a workforce of 150 full-time employees
Experience managing a workforce with multiple shifts
Shall demonstrate proficiency in utilizing routine computer applications, including but not limited to: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet Explorer), Mozilla Firefox and services that operate utilizing these software packages
Shall have skills in oral presentations and communication of instructions concerning mathematical analysis, and in writing reports or documents that convey the findings/results of mathematical analysis to non-technical audiences
Shall have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to inform and communicate effectively with staff who have various backgrounds and personality types
