As Cluster Sales Manager (m/f/d) you are responsible for the development and new acquisition of customers, support of your team and you would take over the following tasks for our Hilton Hotels Austria:

• Contribution to the economic success of the hotels, short term & long term
• Optimisation of the portfolio to achieve the growth targets of the hotels
• Support & new customer acquisition of the assigned customer portfolio in all "Sales Managed" segments
• Management of the assigned customer portfolio
• National and international travel activities
• Organising sales trips and trade fair visits
• Constant monitoring of the market and the competition
• Staying ‘up to date’ and know about new hotel openings, hotel renovations and local changes
• Co-responsibility for all sales promotion activities for the assigned area
• Co-responsibility for smooth operations within the department and team
• Build strong internal business relationships with Hilton Worldwide Sales

Besides your passion for the hotel industry and your team spirit, you bring the following with you:

• Adequate tourism studies and several years of experience in comparable positions
• A strategic and forward-looking way of working, as well as strong analytical skills to recognise and respond to competitive trends
• A goal-oriented way of working
• Very good self-organisation and excellent time management skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident and well-groomed appearance
• You are flexible and open to new challenges
• You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills, additional foreign languages are an advantage
• High customer orientation & willingness to provide service
• You want to take on responsibility in relevant areas and show a willingness to perform as well as a high level of self-motivation

Your monthly gross minimum salary (according to the collective agreement FT for employees in the hotel and catering industry) is € 2,220.00 whereby we guarantee you an over payment depending on your qualifications.
