We are looking for a

Data & Insights Manager (m/f/d)

in a permanent position/ full time at the location Vienna (Euro Plaza).

The Data & Insights Manager (m/f/d) will contribute to the commercial growth targets of the Austria product portfolio via:

• Owning ‘insights-driven organization’ roadmap

• Act as a ‘business translator’ to shape brand strategies in Takeda portfolio

• Leading performance management reporting for local LT

Your tasks in detail:

• Acts as a pro-active sparring partner and single point of contact to the business combining intelligence on competitors, customers, strategies and markets by challenging assumptions

• Responsible for data acquisition and data management from external data providers and market research agencies, e.g. IQVIA, Insight Health, Medupha, Spectra

• Use internal & external sales data, competitor insights, digital, SFE data and market research to integrate business insights into actionable product/brand opportunities

• Initiates, leads and coordinates market insight projects (e.g. market research, creating dashboards) including alignment within cross-functional teams (Commercial, Marketing, Finance and external vendors)

• Lead development & roll-out of local BI portal (PowerBI) across SFE, external sales, patient & digital data sources

• Supports definition of relevant KPIs and dashboard reports, establishes robust data sources and oversees analytics for senior management. (e.g. monthly Performance Dashboards)

• Ownership & implementation of data&insights training capability across cross-functional teams (commercial, medical, etc.)

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Business Administration, Digital Business, Economics or equivalent

• Min. 5 years of experience working in Healthcare sector

• In-depth knowledge of global Sales and Marketing organizations and pharmaceutical data sources (e.g., IQVIA, Insight Health etc.) is desired

• Solid understanding of Austrian pharma market and business principles

• Sound knowledge of data analysis & visualization tools, e.g. PowerBI, Tableu

• Sound knowledge of key Cx data sources: CRM & Digital (website & omnichannel) analytics

• Strong business acumen with sense of prioritization

• Solid communicator with strong influential skills, strong ability to work in a team and "Hands on" mentality & ‘can do’ attitude

• Demonstrates ability to achieve results in highly matrix environment

• Proficient in German and in English

For this important and responsible position, the minimum salary is € 3,922.15 gross/month (full-time, KV chem. Industrie). The actual salary package depends on your professional experience and qualifications.
