We're seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive our seller experience strategy and execution, leading initiatives that will transform how rare book dealers and collectors grow their businesses.

Key job responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Vision

  • Own and drive a multi-year product roadmap that balances strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and tactical improvements

  • Build innovative solutions to address seller needs and successfully champion them through senior management approval

  • Evaluate emerging technologies and market trends to identify opportunities that enhance the seller experience

Product Development & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end product development, from conception through launch, ensuring high-quality delivery that meets business objectives

  • Transform complex seller needs into clear business requirements and user stories that guide technical implementation

  • Drive prioritization and build consensus across teams while managing trade-offs between business needs and technical constraints

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Establish and own key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure product success and seller satisfaction

  • Analyze customer feedback, market data, and usage metrics to identify opportunities and optimize the seller experience

  • Make evidence-based decisions that balance short-term gains with long-term strategic goals

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner effectively with engineering, UX design, and business teams to deliver integrated solutions

  • Manage escalations and remove obstacles to keep projects on track while maintaining high quality standards

A day in the life

As the Senior Product Manager for Seller Experience, you'll own the end-to-end product lifecycle for our seller experience and tools. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute our strategic vision, transform complex seller needs into elegant solutions, and deliver measurable business impact.

This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution. You'll need to navigate ambiguity, make data-driven decisions, and build consensus across teams while maintaining a relentless focus on seller success. The ideal candidate brings both strategic thinking and a bias for action, able to shift seamlessly between high-level planning and tactical execution.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • 5+ years of end to end product delivery experience

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

  • Experience owning technology products

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Experience as a product manager or owner

  • Experience with SQL, statistical modelling, and reporting

The base salary for this position ranges from $115,800/year up to $193,400/year. Salary is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
