About the Role Kitsap Credit Union is hiring a full-time hourly Member Associate III to work in-person out of our Gig Harbor, WA location. This position is responsible for assisting members with financial transactions and new accounts as well as offering and demonstrating all-digital, remote, and self-serve options. Quick Facts Reports to: Branch Manager Employment Type: Full-time, hourly, non-exempt, in-person Salary Range: $22.59 - $25 hr depending on experience Bonus Target: 5% potential incentive of base pay Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 9AM - 5PM, Friday 9AM - 6PM Grade: 6BC Industry: Banking Job Functions:Tellering, Teller, Banker, Banking, Member Representative What you will do * Assist members with their financial needs, new accounts, and transactions. Identify, develop, and close business relationships to build market position * Educate and introduce current and new members to new products and services, self-service, and assisted self-serve options * Understand and recommend products and services based on the member's need * Use effective sales techniques that result in a positive member experience and meet or exceed sales goals * Complete all documentation and forms accurately and efficiently according to policies, procedures, and regulations This role may be right for you if you enjoy connecting with people in a customer service environment and enjoy meeting customer needs with tailored service solutions.
