Churchs Chicken Restaurant General Manager / Vicksburg in Vicksburg, Mississippi
Restaurant General Manager (RGM) will be responsible for the hands on day-to-day activities of the restaurant. Restaurant General Manager will monitor all financial plans, banking, and administrative responsibilities. Restaurant General Manager will hire all employees, schedule weekly staff, oversee management production of the restaurant, train and develop staff, review performance of the restaurant and customer relations, maintain product quality, enhance customer service and ensure the facility and equipment meets operations safety regulations.
Restaurant General Manager must have a high school diploma or a GED, possess knowledge of P & L statements, operate POS systems, have known leadership skills, able to lift 50 pounds, have a valid driver's license and vehicle with proof of insurance and a phone. Restaurant General Manager must have 2 years restaurant supervisory experience, or an Associate's Degree. Restaurant General Manager must successfully complete all training and make a passing score on all applicable tests.
