Position Summary
As an Legal Operations & Sustainability Intern , you will have the opportunity to assist the Legal Operations and Sustainability Team in supporting global initiatives related to sustainability and operational efficiency. In this role, you will learn about various projects and contribute to the team's efforts, gaining valuable experience in implementing sustainability practices and enhancing operational processes.

A Day in the Life of a Legal Operations & Sustainability Intern
Assist in the management of the Legal Radar, gaining experience in tracking important sustainability-related legal developments and monitoring relevant legislation and litigation.
Support process improvement initiatives, including learning about the automation of contractual or reporting processes.
Prepare summaries of legal cases and regulatory topics related to Sustainability and Operations, and assist with the creation of internal team reports and presentations.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to learn about legal sustainability and operations topics, while helping to coordinate our Communities of Practice and Legal Sustainability Champions network, and assist in organizing team meetings and related administrative tasks.
Help maintain and update existing documents, execute and file legal documents, and prepare memorandums and presentations focused on Sustainability and Operations.
Contribute to communications on various channels, including team updates and sustainability-related topics, while assisting in the preparation and administration of training modules and SharePoints to enhance knowledge sharing within the organization.
What will make you successful
Recent graduate with a degree in Law or a related field, any prior legal experience is a plus.
Demonstrates curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving and learning
Excellent communication and strong work ethic
IT-savvy, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Suite Office
Fluent in English is required, any addition languages is a plus.
