Position Summary
The Investor Relations team leads Nestlé’s financial communication with the capital markets and manages our relationships with investors and analysts. Working in a high-profile area, this team is dedicated to ensuring clear and effective communication of the company’s financial and operational performance and our strategic initiatives, fostering trust through transparency and consistency. The team also interacts extensively with a wide range of internal stakeholders, including the group CEO and CFO and the rest of the Executive Board, as well as Finance, Communications, Markets and Business Units, Legal and Operations.
As an Investor Relations Manager , you will be a senior leader responsible for helping to shape the company’s investment story and reputation in the capital markets. You will be instrumental in preparing our messaging on strategy and performance, and you will communicate this by engaging directly with the investment community. Reporting to the Head of Investor Relations and working closely with senior management, this is a unique and diverse role for someone looking to build on their strategic finance skills and existing investor relations and capital markets experience. Your expertise in financial analysis and communications will enable you to prepare compelling narratives that accurately reflect our business operations and trading performance. You will leverage your skills to ensure that our financial communications are precise, consistent, and engaging - ultimately fostering trust and transparency with our investors.

How you will have an impact in the role
Leading comprehensive analysis of Nestlé's financial results and market trends, translating complex data into clear and concise reports for investors & analysts and for our business leaders
Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual earnings releases, ensuring alignment with the Group’s strategic narrative and investment case
Collaborating closely with internal teams, including finance, legal, and communications, to deliver consistent messaging that complies with regulatory standards
Leading/attending investor meetings and conference calls, providing insightful responses to inquiries and building strong, trust-based relationships with financial analysts and investors
Understanding Nestlé’s shareholder register and undertaking investor targeting analysis to shape our engagement schedule to meet with existing and potential new shareholders
Bringing outside perspectives back into Nestlé, allowing us to use those insights to help drive stronger business performance
Staying abreast of industry regulations and best practices in investor relations, continuously enhancing our approach to stakeholder engagement
What will make you successful
Relevant professional experience, with deep understanding of capital markets gained from investor relations, sell-side and/or buy-side roles; prior knowledge of the consumer sector preferred
Excellent numerical and analytical skills, and great attention to detail
Talent for written and verbal communication, plus the ability to create impactful data visualizations
Business acumen and commercial understanding, capable of ‘joining the dots’ between business performance and financial outcomes
Excellent project management capabilities, able to prioritize individual and team workload while managing stakeholder expectations
Very high level of proficiency in the English language (any other language an asset)
A commitment to continuous professional education and development of best practice
