Green Thumb Environmental Beautification Maintenance Position in Vestal, New York
Senior Employment Program. Duties are included but not limited to: beautification duties. Assist with the maintenance and planting of flowers/bulbs and shrubs. Prune flowers, shrubs, and trees. Clean flowers and shrub beds; raking and removing leaves, trash, dead flowers, edging, install wood chips, and clean pots for next season use. Trim hedges with a power trimmer and operate an electric cart. Assist SUNY employees within the written capabilities/limitations of the Green Thumb program
