Job Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for accurately designing and constructing jigs, patterns and light manufacturing machinery to meet project goals specified by production management. Authority to requisition supplies and parts required to manufacture said fixtures and machines. Responsible for producing quality workmanship, which meets or exceeds requirements. Design and build jigs and fixtures as requested by Vice President of Business Development & Engineering. Using available machinery, tailor and construct specific use equipment to meet a manufacturing need. Program the robotic welding machines and other automated machinery as required. Ensure the highest quality standards are met with all work done. Ensure ISO quality system and safety procedures are followed. Understand Quality Policy and Objectives.
