CARNES COMPANY HVAC Customer Service in VERONA, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: * Provide technical support * Troubleshooting * Pricing and problem solving to customers and internal departments * Performing take offs * Submitting pricing to customers * Supplying submittals and performance data to customers, Engineers and Contractors * Working with internal departments and Product Managers to provide feedback on competitiveness, software, the rep system and the website * Taking parts calls and submitting a quote to contractors/customers - Followup * Building relationships with Contractors and Engineers * Assisting in the achievement of department goals and objectives * Other duties as assigned ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: * Outstanding customer service and communication skills * Self motivated muiti-tasker, detailed oriented with a mechanical aptitude * Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs and have the ability to read small print/font * Limited travel * Experience in HVAC is a preferred but not necessary * Great work ethic, positive attitude and reliable ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Mail a Rsum: CARNES CO ATTN: Human Resources PO Box 930040 Verona, WI 53593 E-Mail a Rsum: hr@carnes.com Other: Please include cover letter and salary requirements.
