Position Purpose: The role of a dishwasher is to maintain a clean environment throughout the food and beverage areas to ensure safety of the kitchen and has the ability to keep up with tasks at hand when needed.Qualifications: • Must be 16 years of age or older. • Familiar with basic kitchen safety.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Must be punctual, reliable, able to follow instructions.Work as part of a teamAbility to work varied shift hours, including nights and weekends.Responsibilities:• Bus tables and tray drop off areas.• Rinse and clean kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and trays.• Operate a dishwasher.• Maintain dishwash area to be free of slip hazards.• Perform other duties as needed, under supervision of Kitchen Manager.
