\"Our CPG Agency client is looking for a highly organized Agency Producer to lead their CGI production team for a high profile client for at least the next 3 months, could go Full Time for the right fit. This role is REMOTE. Preferred location close to an agency location or clients office for occasional onsite meetings; Chicago, Detroit, New York. Must be able to work EST hours. This role is exciting for a Agency Producer with experience in the CGI, VFX or film production space. The ideal candidate would have 10+ years experience in a CGI-lead studio environment including pre and post production & shooting video and photo content. This role is specifically for a producer to quarterback a CGI team on their day-to-day workflow for a CPG product, with the deliverables being still shots for print packaging and online usage. You\'ll be responsible for managing of an internal team of CGI artists, pipeline workflow, owning and updating a fluid client facing Excel matrix and a high touch level of client communications. You must understands the gates of approvals with CGI teams/projects in great detail. Requirements of the Agency Producer: -Direct CGI experience; CPG, brand, packaging space-Oral Healthcare experience PLUS -Extremely comfortable being client facing-Strong Excel experience; client also used Shotgrid, Jira, Trello but will train Responsibilities of the Agency Producer:-Managing all day to day production aspects across brand -Budgeting, estimating and scheduling production -Communicating daily with client and in-house production teams to manage expectations and delivery -Identifying project resources and requirements-Create SOW\'s to identify project risks -Working cross functionally with other producers and resource manager to problem solve capacity challenges -Completing production documentation; PO, NDA, MSA, etc. -Managing 3rd party relationshipsCreative Circle\'s Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
