Title: Accountant II

General Summary: The position serves as a critical part of the Direct Tax team with responsibilities ranging from Statutory compliance and assistance in all tax assessments. We are looking for a professional in field of Direct tax with good application knowledge of tax laws. Work with other departments for collation of details for preparation of quality submissions and keep a track of all litigations of all group companies. Support the department in completing all Compliance responsibilities and prepare all records and reports in a timely manner.

How You'll Help Us Connect the World:

• Lead and coordinate tax audits and Transfer Pricing audits.

• TDS returns Filing and TDS and expenses reconciliation

• Lead tax provision Process

• Ensuring and advising on applicability of Tax deduction on domestic transactions and foreign transactions under Income Tax Act & Double Tax Avoidance Agreement.

• Collation & maintaining documents from Foreign Vendors required for taking benefit under DTAA.

• Collation of data for the purpose of tax filings, assessment, and Appeals

• Transfer pricing - Solid understanding of transfer pricing regulations, maintenance of records and assessment

• Ensure proper upkeep of Direct tax records

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

• Looking for Chartered Accountant who has worked in the Field of Direct Taxation and has handled Direct Tax Assessments

• Open to review candidates with CA Inter/ Postgraduates in Commerce with 3 years of industry experience and good knowledge on Tax compliances.

You Will Excite Us If You Have:

• SAP knowledge

• Good Knowledge about the Indian Direct tax laws.
