Job Description Summary

The executive site leader will provide leadership for the Veresegyház (Budapest) site with over 400 employees. The site is European hub for Aerospace repair with a high technology and product mix ranging from composites to metallics repair.

The site leader will provide oversight to the operations as well as to all enabling functions such as finance, HR and digital.

Job Description

· Provide leadership to all organizations and individuals in the plant to meet customer requirements for quality, cost, and delivery.

· Provide development of staff leaders to guide plant and support organizations

· Work with customers, functional leaders, and internal staff to meet organizational requirements

· Lead the establishment and attainment of plant goals in quality, cost, schedule, compliance and safety

· Establish and maintain the plant vision for success

· Facilitate the leadership team in strategic decision-making and problem-solving

· Provide leadership development and performance feedback to the plant staff

· Establish and maintain positive corporate citizenship through community organizations and the media

· Work with local legislative bodies to promote decisions with a positive impact on the business

· Develop and track expense and investment budgets with the input of each organization

· Establish and adjust an organizational structure that best supports the plant goals and measurements

· Drive Flight Deck culture and methodology

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College or University &

· significant manufacturing / services or repair activities experience

Strong Lean expertise in driving transformation
