What You'll Do:

Do you excel in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent organizational abilities, and are committed to team success,?

Become an integral part of our team as an Operations Clerk at our Vaughn Canada Plant , contributing essential support to our Plant HRBP and other plant functions.

Your role will involve a wide range of responsibilities, including data gathering and preparation for reports, facility management, event coordination, problem-solving, and assisting with recruitment efforts.

How You'll Do It:

  • Provide support to management team including gathering and preparing data for reports and presentations (payroll, KPI, Continuous Improvement, Town Hall, Engagement), data management internal and external, reporting, support travel requirements, process invoices

  • Provides facility support including Visitor management, security badge control, Visitor and Contractor orientations, Culture Committee, Market Manager among other requests

  • Prepares for and supports variety of meetings and events including: schedules, reserve room space, prepare and distribute materials

  • Identify and solve problems; manage work time efficiently, follow procedures and policies

  • Procure and maintain inventory of office, safety, meeting and event supplies ​​​​​​​

  • Assists with Hourly recruiting including job posting, interview and onboarding processing

  • ​​​​​​​​Other related duties as required

What You'll Bring:

  • 3 - 5 years related experience

  • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience required

  • Advanced Excel skills; experience working with pivot tables and Gantt charts

  • Up to 5% travel

  • Strong multitasking skills
