Job Summary of the Maintenance Planner A Maintenance Planner coordinates and schedules all maintenance activities to ensure minimal disruption to production operations. This role involves managing preventive and regular maintenance, utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), and ensuring safety and environmental standards compliance. Requirements of the Maintenance Planner * A high school diploma or GED required. * Certification in a technical or maintenance-related discipline required. * Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a maintenance planner, scheduler, or technician. * At least five (5) years of industrial experience, preferably in an FDA-regulated manufacturing plant or related industry. * Experience with Blue Mountain and Microsoft Office products. * Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. * Knowledge of manufacturing plant equipment and maintenance processes. * Familiarity with Federal/State EPA and OSHA compliance standards. * Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays. * Hands-on experience with Blue Mountain Regulatory Asset Manager (RAM) is needed. * Familiarity with GMP compliance and maintenance of GMP equipment, lab equipment, and utilities.
