Job Description Performance Contracting is seeking an entry-level Office Administrator for its Vancouver 103 operations based in Vancouver, WA. This individual will be responsible for the following duties: Daily processing of Accounts Payable invoices utilizing our proprietary accounting software while ensuring audit compliance. Monthly review of vendor statements. Responding to vendor inquiries as needed. Working with project management teams and purchasing departments to resolve discrepancies. Vendor set up and maintenance. Assist in project set up within multiple systems. Monthly Project invoicing. Ensure project invoicing is accurate, in compliance with customer requirements and meets deadlines. Assist in shared responsibilities such as answering phones, ordering office supplies, sending and receiving mail and packages, basic project management support, etc. Cross train and assist team mates as needed. Salary range: $46,700-63,000 annual salary plus non-guaranteed annualized bonus program Requirements Basic Requirements: 5+ years of administrative experience. Dependable, strong work ethic. Ability to efficiently multi-task. Self-starter with time management skills. Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team environment. Ability to adapt and learn ever-evolving processes, taxes and laws. Proficient with Microsoft Office products, Excel is a must. Ability to work within deadlines. Ability to communicate well with all levels of employees within the company. Strong attention to detail. Preferred Requirements: Experience with payroll and/or accounts payable is preferred. Experience working in the construction industry is preferred. Local to the Portland/Vancouver metro area. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
