Insight Global QA Lead in Vancouver, British Columbia
Job Description
Insight Global is looking for QA Lead to join the Guest Education Center for one of North America's largest retail/wellness companies. This person will be the lead over 6 groups that support various testing streams within the Guest Education Center which range from Salesforce, Oracle, Twilio, and 5nine. It is expected that this individual will be creating better testing strategy, test plans, status reporting and will require little to no hands on testing themselves. They will also look at their automation strategy, what should have automation coverage, do they need to increase automation coverage and what percentage of automation testing they should be operating at.

Skills and Requirements
Has 3 years of experience as a QA
At least 2 years of experience as a QA Lead, leading multiple teams supporting different test funnels
Has experience testing within a call center environment focused on call center technologies such as twilio, 5nine, etc.
Has experience with automation technologies such as Selenium, Gitlab, Testrail and Jmeter - Experience testing Salesforce Service Cloud
Experience with PowerBI, Snowflake, null
