As someone who is inquisitive, excited about technology, enthusiastic about being part of a team and enjoys a good challenge, you will be part of the Drops Control Centre of Excellence team developing and executing on initiatives with high risk and business impact through project and stakeholder relationship management, rigorous data analysis, and plan execution.
Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together
Take ownership for projects that drive change and high partner performance
Support the change and learning curve across various stakeholder groups
Successfully contribute to the launch of robust solutions, by identifying the cost benefit analysis, economic/ease modeling and planning and implementation support
Lead and facilitate meetings and working sessions with cross-functional stakeholders in order to achieve desired outcomes
Maintain a strong understanding of TELUS applications, products and services, organizational delivery capabilities, and TELUS end-to-end processes
Maintain awareness of industry trends and technology available that would, if implemented, result in operational or efficiency improvements to current processes
Leverage TELUS’ applications to develop solutions that meet or exceed business requirements
The successful candidate is able to build and drive improvements to ensure project goals are met. You’ll have a background in business intelligence and data visualization which will allow you to proactively identify and execute on projects. You are able to create presentations and reports with recommendations to power critical decisions to the success of our portfolio. You are able to deliver messaging succinctly and concisely and have the ability to influence and engage in tough conversations.

Experience in a consulting capacity gives you a distinct advantage as this position requires people who can influence stakeholders over whom they have no authority
This role is part project manager, part change agent, part business analyst with a superb focus on stakeholder management
You will also ideally have a background in root cause analysis and proactively forming recommendations for improvement
We need someone who is a lifelong learner, naturally curious, and not afraid to make mistakes that they can learn from in order to become better at what they do
Experience/certification in project management
Familiarity with data visualization and reporting
