What you'll get to do:
Become our subject matter expert in project entry administration by entering and updating existing project details
Process invoices accurately and follow up with Operations teams/Customers as needed.
Processing all credits and re-bills as required
Handling customer inquiries and requests to ensure the best possible service
Provide Reception and switchboard relief, as well as holiday/illness coverage for various positions on our Administrative team
Other projects and duties as required
Preferred Experience and Skills:
Previous experience with invoicing and billing procedures is an asset
MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook experience is required
Ability to prioritize assignments and work on a variety of tasks simultaneously
Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills
Contribute positively to a quality team environment
Must be detailed oriented, organized and accurate
Must be self-motivated, fast-paced, able to work independently and multi-task, and thrive in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines
