Position Summary:

Reporting to the Partnerships Team Lead, the Partner Manager is responsible for onboarding and managing accounts for our data partners. You will work cross-functionally across teams as well as with external data partners from around the world as the principal point of contact and/or escalation. The Partner Manager will analyze and optimize the strategy in their region to ensure Trulioo’s product is strong across the globe.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Be a principal point of contact and/or escalation internally for global partner network

  • Proactively collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive positive business outcomes.

  • Facilitate data partner on-boarding by working cross-functionally across teams

  • Build relationships with partners by maintaining regular contact to ensure all stakeholders have a clear understanding of customer requirements and expectations

  • Ensure that data partners are approved in accordance with Trulioo’s procedures

  • Analyze core markets and define partner strategies within their region

  • Negotiate legal and commercial agreements with partners

    Key/Technical Skills:

  • Comfortable with technical terminology

  • Knowledge of the SaaS and B2B space

  • Strong business acumen, analytical, and data-driven with strong quantitative skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Organized with a proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

  • Self-motivated, competitive, and big appetite for high achievement

  • Team-oriented with ability to work independently

  • Strong drive to learn and make an immediate impact

  • Preference will be given to candidates who are fluent in Mandarin

    Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 7+ years of partner management in Identity, Credit or other technology fields

  • Project management and contract negotiation experience

  • Experience with international markets and/or additional language proficiency
