Bilingual French/English Solutions Consultant

Job Description:

We are rapidly expanding at Sage and seek a high-energy, Sr. Bilingual French/English Solutions Consultant to present Sage Intacct’s solution offerings and architecture to prospects and customers. Every day, the Solutions Consultant will be responsible for evoking confidence in Sage Intacct’s functionality and technology infrastructure and removing all technical objections in the sales cycle. To thrive in this role, the Bilingual French/English Solutions Consultant will uncover business requirements, develop a solution sales strategy, and create and effectively demonstrate Sage Intacct’s solutions that address customer requirements.

This position is a hybrid-office environment that requires one to be in the downtown Vancouver Sage office 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clearly articulate the benefits of Sage Intacct’s solutions to all levels, including lines of business managers and “C” level executives.

•Understand the customer needs and establish Sage Intacct’s solution as the best solution that addresses their need.

•Develop, present, and deliver high-impact demonstrations of the Sage Intacct solution.

•Support Corporate and Channel Sales Representatives in producing high-quality sales proposals and supporting materials.

•Meet quarterly and annual quota objectives, working with the Corporate and Channel Sales Representatives.

•Provide input to other cross-functional departments on prospect requests and product enhancements as needed.

Requirements

•Must be fluent in French and English, written and spoken.

•5+ years experience as a pre-sales engineer for an accounting or financial software application.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related fields In depth knowledge of accounting (or demonstrable experience of accounting processes).

•Solid oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

•Proven track record of increasing deal size and accelerating the sales cycle.

•Successful quota achievement.

The compensation will be determined by location, level, job-related knowledge, education, and experience. Certain provinces in Canada require job postings to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range applicable to the role.

For this role, the target salary + commission (OTE-On Target Earnings) for new hires in those locations is $125,000 to $167,000.

In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either a bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a role-based commission plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide specific opportunities on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates. The range listed is just one component of the Sage total compensation package.
