We're on the search for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our AutoCAD team in Vancouver! You will provide administrative support to two Directors in our AutoCAD team. You will perform multiple tasks, handle details of critical nature, while using your experience to proactively address potential problems and ensure an efficiently functioning team.

You will report to the Director of AutoCAD team. This position is based in our Vancouver office, and will go in-office 3-4 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars while ensuring prioritization of activities

  • Provide meeting support and coordinate logistics for departmental meetings

  • Arrange international and domestic travel

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

  • Manage the procurement for the team

  • Manage expense reports and reimbursements for the team

Minimum Qualifications

  • You have 4-6+ years' experience providing administrative support to a team with 30+ people

  • You have the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment that requires strong multitasking skills, time management, and self-starter mentality

  • You are willing to adapt to rapidly changing environment and new processes and responsibilities

  • You have the ability to work well under pressure, communicate effectively, and meet deadlines

  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Mac and Windows operating systems (preferably), and related business applications such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint (also preferred)

  • You understand how to handle confidential business matters

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For Canada-BC based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $61,600 and $84,700. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
