This temporary role is an exciting opportunity to further your accounts payable experience. We are engaged by an industry leader seeking an AP Specialist for a leave coverage. The Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist will manage the accounts payable process for the firm and assist with related accounting activities.

salary: $25 - $30 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

 Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) procedures and practices

 Experience in executing check runs

 strong data entry skills with high level of accuracy and attention to detail

 Familiarity with invoice processing, including verification, coding, and payment

 Proficiency in Microsoft Nav for data analysis, calculations, and reporting (not required and easy

to learn)

 Good communication skills for interacting with suppliers and internal teams

 Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

 strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and deadlines

 Must be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information

 High level of integrity and professional ethics
