Weatherization Crew Chief
Lead a crew to complete jobs in Rockland, Westchester, and Orange counties. Ability to begin and complete an insulation project. Ability to identify and clearly communicate potential changes to a scope of work. Perform an initial walk-through with the homeowner so they fully understand our plan of action during the installation. Communicate with customers throughout the job and provide updates. Notification of job changes to ensure accurate invoices and customer awareness. Identify additional materials needed for jobs, load trucks, and prep worksites. Adhere to safety and health regulations and all company policies. Complete the final walk-through with the homeowner to ensure proper installation of all contracted measures.
