Dive into a golden opportunity in Valley Center with a progressive retail company seeking an HR Coordinator. This role is perfect for candidates with prior Human Resources experience and a desire to cultivate harmonious workplace relations. The compensation for this position ranges between $24.00 and $25.00 per hour, based on experience and skills. As the HR Coordinator, you will manage all aspects of Human Resources, coordinating and implementing HR policies and procedures, and promoting positive employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate HR processes and manage the employee database.

• Assist in the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.

• Handle onboarding of new employees and schedule training sessions.

• Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.

• Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.

  Requirements

• Proven work experience in an HR role.

• Familiarity with HR operations, including onboarding, benefits administration, and labor laws.

• Working knowledge of HR software or systems (HRIS).

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Strong communication and people skills.
