KEY AREAS OF FOCUS

• Land Development

• AutoCAD / Civil 3D usage

• Civil plan creation and production

• Experience with site grading, drainage, storm water management

• Prepare construction drawings for site grading, drainage, and storm water management for land development projects

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ever changing because they are a small firm, and the daily responsibilities change

• They take projects from start to finish

• Boundary, topography, design, drafting

• Will be working on one project at a time

• Come into the office and get a project, open the job folder and do their research, have a pre-project meeting, and then take the project and run with it

Skills:

civil 3d, civil design, drainage, grading, EIT , land surveying, improvement plan, construction support

EDUCATION

• College Degree not required

CERTS
